IONA Operating System/Compiler Patch Policy
IONA publishes the complete patch list of our release machines in our installation guide which is available in the Product Documentation. Customers can use this as a minimum base level for Operating System/Compiler vendor patches that will work with the relevant IONA product. It is the usual practice of the Operating System/Compiler vendors that later patches will be binary compatible with earlier patches.
If for any reason you need to use higher patch levels, please confirm with the Operating System/Compiler vendor that the patches are fully backward compatible with the set required by the IONA product.
