Services Packages Tailored for Organizations Taking Advantage of Open Source in SOA

- Per-incident Developer Support for those customers in a program's development phase;
- Standard Support delivered as a subscription-based service geared toward those organizations using Celtix in both development and production environments; standard support customers receive 8x5 access to the IONA Technical Support Center, unlimited incident support and one-business day response times on critical issues; and
- Enterprise Support delivered as a subscription-based package intended for those organizations that have Celtix in large-scale development and runtime environments; enterprise support customers receive 24x7 access to the IONA Technical Support Center, unlimited incident support and immediate response to critical issues.
