Artix Developer Certification
The Artix Developer Certification program provides developers with a fast, no-cost mechanism to test their Artix knowledge and ensure that the Artix solutions they develop leverage the full capabilities of Artix. Designed for Developers who want to get the most out of Artix, our certification program can be completed in a day and provides Developers with a signed certificate demonstrating their Artix mastery.

Features
- IONA currently offers two Artix certification types:
- Artix Certification for C++ Developers.
- Artix Certification for Java Developers.
- The Artix certification test consists of 80 multiple choice questions randomly selected from a pool of questions drawn from the Artix training courses, product documentation and IONA technical staff.
- Questions are organized in varying levels of difficulty and cover all aspects of the Artix product.
- Applicants are given 24 hours to take the test and are allowed to use the Artix course material and product documentation to answer questions.
- To achieve certification, a Developer must correctly answer 90% of the questions.
Service Deliverables
- Developers who achieve certification will receive a signed certificate validating their successful completion of the program.

Prerequisites
- In order to apply for Artix Developer Certification, you must first take the Advanced Artix for Developers course for the language you wish to achieve certification in and then pass the certification test within 3 months after completing the course.
- It is also recommended but not required that you take the Standard Artix for Developers course.
- Applicants are eligible to re-take the certification test up to 2 times without having to re-take the Advanced Artix For Developers course. They must wait at least one week between each administration of the test.
