This time can be used whenever IONA product expertise is especially critical, such as during migration efforts, application deployments, performance optimization activities, or to help reach specific project milestones or deadlines. This program provides you with access to world-class consultants, at rates far below what you would pay for ad-hoc project requests. It also allows IONA to ensure that you are receiving the best resources for a particular task by scheduling in advance.

Sample activities are listed below, but your IONA Consultancy Manager will work with you to develop a customized plan of action that meets your unique requirements and ensures your success. This plan is reviewed on a monthly basis and includes the following activities:

  • Planning for specific milestones, including developing risk mitigation plans and test plans.
  • Developing a proof of concept to validate our technology's ability to meet specific requirements.
  • Helping to develop an application and maximizing performance.
  • Resolving configuration or deployment issues.
  • Enabling additional functionality.
  • Eliminating scalability problems.
  • Identifying potential security breaches.
  • Optimizing your organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Providing mentoring in IONA products or technologies.

None. You can, however, combine this offer with an Elevated Support Contract, an IONA Dedicated On-Site Technical Account Manager, or any of the other standard IONA offerings.
