Five days of consulting with four days spent on-site researching the customer's environment, application(s) and requirements; this is followed by one day off-site to fully develop and thoroughly document the engagement. You will receive a detailed IONA Migration Assessment Engagement Summary, which includes:

  • A summary of migration assessment activities.
  • Architectural design of the application and high-level design of key subsystems and interaction with infrastructure services.
  • Findings and recommendations.
  • Identification of key technical issues and potential stumbling points.
  • An outline of specific next steps, including the estimated level of effort required to migrate.
  • A statement of expected benefits and returns from the implementation of findings and suggestions.
